At Wheeler Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
